Areas Of High Amenity
For planning purposes, parts of the County are designated as areas of High Amenity. In some cases it may be necessary to choose an alternative site which has a lesser impact and the applicant should familiarise himself/herself with the contents of the permitted development within an Area of High Amenity prior to the submission of an application.
