Commencement Notice
In the Republic of Ireland you are currently obliged to submit a Commencement Notice stating your intention to commence work on your new dwelling, extension or development within fourteen days. These forms can be obtained from your local authority.
We include this service as part of our package in the construction supervision stage after you receive your Final Grant of Permission.
