Planning Permissions
Planning Permissions which we can apply for on your behalf:
Full Permission
This is the most common and possibly the safest way to apply for Planning Permission. Generally, you need planning permission for any development of land or property, unless the development is specifically exempted from this need.
Outline Permission
In order to proceed with an outline permission a site layout plan and the planning application documents have to be prepared. House plans do not need to be drawn up for an outline permission. When outline permission has been achieved approval is then needed in order for full planning permission to be granted.
Retention Permission
You will need retention permission if you build an extension, garage or conservatory which is not exempted from Planning Permission. However, this approach should not be relied upon in order to avoid seeking planning permission before starting work as you may not necessarily be granted permission for retention or you may be required to carry out costly modifications.
